Run the application, "Install Backup ListSTAR v1.5". Select the items to backup, the original ListSTAR folder and the folder you would like the backups copied to. The application supports balloon help and drag-and-drop. After, entering the appropriate information the application will generate an applescript. The application will then give instructions for creating a Timer rule to execute the back-up applescript.
What you Need...
AppleScript as well as the scriptable Finder. (An install of System 7.5 or later guarantees compatibility, although System 7 Pro may work as well).
